Some of My Favorite Campgrounds

One of my favorite campgrounds along the Gulf Coast in Santa Rosa Beach FL.  This campground has a pool, a coffee shop and beer on tap!  Bring your bikes.  There is a trail that leads down to the beach.   

Not far from Tallahasse, FL this campground is more secluded and also has primitive sites right on the bay.  Take a ride into Apalachicola, surf fish or pier fish off the old bridge. 

This is an RV only resort right on Saint Joseph Bay.  You can rent boats or launch your kayak from the beach.  Great place for red fish and trout fishing.

Hanna Park Campground is in Jacksonville FL.  I want to include some places outside the panhandle region and I love this campground.  Amelia Island isn't far and you can drive on the beach!

Camp in the mountains of North Georgia.  You can access the Appalachian trail from the campground and hike Blood Mt.   

Great campground in Georgia. There are mountain biking trails at the park and definitely go down the stairs to the bottom of the gorge.  Have fun walking back up!

Fantastic campground for kayaking and the best sunsets I've ever seen! Recently  reopened after Hurricane Michael destroyed it.
